2 Reduce the viscosity of the ink

3) Add anti-sticking agent (substance that can reduce the self-adhesive of the rubber or adhesive, reduce the adhesion of the surface and produce a slightly rough surface)

4) Spray powder with small particles and spray it evenly on the surface of the printed sheet to play a role in blocking the dry ink and the previous printed sheet.

3 Reduce the surface tension of the ink or enhance the surface free energy of the paper to increase its mutual adsorption capacity

1) Add silicone oil to reduce the surface tension of the ink without changing other properties of the ink.

2) On the basis of ensuring the quality of the printed products, add more volatile industrial alcohol.

4 Reduce the accumulation of printed sheets to prevent squeezing of the ink in the fixing stage
