This standard specifies the quality and technical requirements, test methods, and transportation and storage requirements of the packaging box.
This standard applies to all packaging color box materials used by the company.

3. Inspection standards
3.1 Quality Hygiene Requirements
3.1.1 appearance requirements
The surface is clean and smooth, with no wrinkles and no impurities. Fonts and patterns should be clear and correct. There should be no misprints, missing prints, and no ink contamination.
3.1.2 Process Requirements
A size meets the specifications, deviation is within the allowable range, and the color box that needs to install pit paper should be tested and qualified.
b The bonding of the color box should be tight and firm, without loosening and cracking.
c The color box material and structure are the same as the pattern or drawings.
3.1.3 Sanitation requirements
Should comply with the provisions of GB11680.
3.2 Detection methods and defect classification
3.2.1 Appearance detection
Visually in a bright room.
3.2.2 Process Requirements Inspection
Compare process files and data, visually in a bright room or using a measurement tool.
3.2.3 Health Inspection
Check the supplier's hygiene license, official inspection report, and the certificate of each batch of product.
3.2.4 Defects are classified as minor defects, major defects, or severe defects, as specified in Table 1.
